The more vacancies at once, the lower the rate per vacancy.

For one vacancy you pay from €330 a month, with a minimum of three months live. Marcel does the first screening on WhatsApp or WebChat and sends you a shortlist with a report per candidate.

Several vacancies open at the same time? Then we apply a sliding rate: every extra vacancy lowers the price per vacancy. The number of vacancies open at the same moment sets your rate.

  • One vacancy: fixed price, no subscription, all features included.
  • Several vacancies at once: lower rate per vacancy, and you swap vacancies in and out freely.

About the rate.

Why aren't the prices simply online?+
Because the rate per vacancy depends on how many vacancies you open at the same time. One figure would be too high for one client and too low for another. What we can say: for one vacancy it starts from €330 a month, with a minimum of three months live. And it goes down from several vacancies at once.
What does "minimum three months live" mean?+
A vacancy stays online with Marcel for at least three months. The clock starts the moment your chatflow is created. That gives your vacancy time to reach and screen candidates.
What counts as a "vacancy open at the same time"?+
Every vacancy Marcel is actively screening for at the same moment. If you close one vacancy and open another, your rate doesn't change as long as the number stays the same.
Can I start small and scale up later?+
Yes. Start with one vacancy, no subscription. If you open more at the same time later, the rate per vacancy drops accordingly. Switch within the first three months and we deduct the remaining amount of your test vacancy.
Is the ATS integration included in the price?+
Marcel's mini-ATS is included as standard. An integration with your own ATS or HRIS is optional, on request, with a one-off setup fee outside the rate. You don't need it to get started.
Do I pay anything for the demo?+
No. You send a vacancy, we build the chatflow and show it live. Only then do you get a proposal. You decide whether to go ahead.
